Most people throw around the expression “30,000 foot view” in a loose way to talk about big picture thinking. Paul isn’t most people.

For Paul, an avid flying enthusiast, this has quite the literal meaning. Pilots live and breath the big picture view, and Paul brings that same relentless passion to every client relationship. Seeing the big picture and bringing ideas to life comes naturally to him. From his roots in the exhibiting industry to his 25 years of vast expertise with all things graphic design, his impressive portfolio reads like an All Star roster of strategic thinking. It also showcases his extraordinary and diverse talent.

An entrepreneur at heart, Paul started Launch Design Collective to bring the design game to the next level. Not content with the plain vanilla offering of the typical designer, he upped the ante by providing a full suite of graphic design solutions and strategic thinking. Under Paul’s leadership, Launch Design Collective has successfully delivered a wide range of graphic design projects for clients including website design and development, social media, packaging, exhibits, and print. He’s also produced stunning exhibits and POP designs for some of the biggest brands in the electronics, healthcare, food, and home repair industries. Paul’s savvy and technical know-how resulted in visually appealing package design projects for toy, candy, healthcare, beverage, food, and electronics companies, all within varying budget constraints.

With a rare combination of right-brain creativity and left-brain process-driven structure, Paul crafted a strategic, yet detailed process to guide all of Launch’s client engagements. This creative, process-driven culture gives clients peace of mind that projects will be completed on time, within budget, and most importantly, aligned to their brand. An outline of this tried-and-true, meticulous approach:

  1. Pinpoint challenge

  2. Research competition

  3. Plan approach and timeline

  4. Design research

  5. Conceptualization

  6. Present, revise, proof

  7. Deliver for print or electronic distribution

  8. Maintain dialogue with print house until delivery

Nothing is as meaningful as having clients sing your praises. Several clients are more than happy to attest to Paul’s design chops and business acumen. So, don’t just take Paul’s word for it, read more below.

When he’s not producing spectacular designs or flying, Paul spends time with a favorite hobby: plane restoration. He’s also a self-described Chef, and dazzles his family and friends with his culinary skills. Even his two dogs appreciate his skill in the kitchen. Paul also wears a woodworking hat, and loves seeing a sketch design turn into a finished work of art.

“After starting a non-profit back in 2015 we needed a social presence to attract both sponsors and runners in order to create a successful charity event.  Paul Dolan of Launch Design was highly recommended by two peers for both his attention to detail and excellent customer service.  Soon after contacting Paul we began working with him and have been customers of Launch Design for over three years.  Paul’s innovation and modern approach to web design has helped us grow our runner base in a decreasing market. His ability to manipulate changing data with accuracy and focus allows us to concentrate on our core business knowing our web and graphic needs are always taken care.  Thank YOU Paul Dolan!”
